The Keysight 53200 Series 350 MHz RF and Universal Frequency Counter/Timer provides built-in data analysis and graphing capabilities, along with modern LXI-C and USB connectivity interfaces.

The Keysight 53200 Series 350 MHz Universal and RF Frequency Counter/Timer meets all your frequency and time interval measurement needs. All three models provide 12 digits per second single-shot frequency resolution with a 1-second gate time, and can perform single-shot time interval measurements as short as 20 ps.

All models in the 53200 Series feature built-in analysis and graphing capabilities, enabling deeper signal insight and more comprehensive information. Flexible connectivity options include LXI-C/Ethernet, USB, and GPIB. An optional battery is also available, allowing portable operation while maintaining timebase accuracy.
